Design Principles

In the special position and opposite direction of the nut, two fine grooves are opened and pressed, and the internal thread is affected by the external thread during installation, and the two fine grooves are stretched open. Due to the rigidity of the material, the internal thread at the groove always applies a holding force to the external thread to achieve locking.

--Adapt to repeated vibration, shock and impact in various environments.

--Strict tests have proved that after no less than 10 times of repeated disassembly, the nut can still maintain the effective torque, and there is no obvious wear on the thread.

Note: ISO2320 (GB/T3098.9) stipulates 5 times of tightening and loosening.

--Adapt to harsh working conditions such as ocean, highly corrosive gas, etc. Applicable temperature: -200 °C ~ 400 °C, in this temperature range, the nut efficiency is not affected.

--Stainless steel nut has anti-bite function: the surface of the nut is treated with special metal diffusion surface to permanently solve the problem of abrasion and bite in stainless steel.

--Reduced maintenance: Once the double slotted self-locking nut is installed, it locks with the element and never loosens.
