C50L is a product series, that is, vibrating screen ring groove rivet series

R - is the head type code, round head. The hook bolts used in vibrating screens are basically round-headed, and a small number of flat-headed. '90' is flat-headed, 'T' is flat-headed, and '30' is flat-headed

BR – is a carbon steel material. The ring groove rivets of the vibrating screen are made of Hook bolts made of carbon steel.

'16' – is the diameter code. How do you know exactly what the diameter is? Divide the diameter code by 32 to get the inch diameter, i.e. 16/32 = 1/2", 1/2 inch. 1/2*25=12.5mm.

'4' – is the clamping range code. You have to look at the table in the sample.

Then there is the plating, and G is galvanized

3LC-2R20G, 3LC with flange, 2R material carbon steel, 20 for diameter, G galvanized. LC- is a standard collar without a flange. 8LC- is a short collar without flange

Vibrating screen ring groove rivets must be installed with hydraulic tools, pneumatic ones are not.
